  • These bands are made from natural latex rubber, not TPE. The latex provides elastic tension during repeated workouts. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure and store in the included carry bag.

  • 1. Wrap ankle strap around your ankle, and only your ankle. Make sure the ankle strap issnug and the Velcro is connected securely before exercise.
